How quickly do you ship?

Shipping on average is 5-7 business days. Custom order time may vary, depending on order completion.

What if tracking is not updating?

We must wait 45 days before filing a claim with the postal service for any lost packages. Contact us if you have not received any updates after this time frame has elapsed.

What if my package is lost?

We are not responsible for lost packages.

Do you offer returns? Exchanges?

We do not offer returns or exchanges on earrings, hair accessories, rings, necklaces, or custom items. 

Clothing exchanges will depend on size availability. Other option is receiving store credit in return.
